The new Great Whites have a 2-part, double-dipped conformal acrylic coating on all electronic boards and components to provide unmatched protection from the corrosion properties of salt. They also have special "Ivadized" finishes, stainless steel fasteners and other corrosion-resistant metal parts for the same reasons. You'll find no sacrifices any where on this product, except for the replaceable sacrificial anode that comes on the Great White's shaft.
Don't swim with the sharks, unless you are a shark. Great White motors have been the number one choice of saltwater anglers for years. And still are. With a Great White, it is safe to go near the (salt) water. |
